The Process:
3Bears wanted to launch their pre-sale campaign for their Advent Calendar in September, and they needed photos within 1 week from when the product was finalized. This means that we were busy shooting for Christmas in the summer already!

The client appreciated being able to review and approve assets remotely, allowing the project to continue smoothly even during summer holidays. This flexibility meant that different team members from 3Bears could step in seamlessly, keeping everything on schedule despite vacations.
The Results:
⏳ Launch-ready visuals delivered within 3 business days to support a tight pre-sale timeline.
💯 The client followed along the shooting day remotely, giving live feedback and approvals to ensure that the final assets match, if not exceed, their expectations.
🧑💻 Collaborative remote workflow that allowed smooth handovers between team members during the summer vacation.
😌 Fully on-brand photography that seamlessly matches 3Bears’ previous assets.
👯♂️ As they collaborate with other brands (such as Oatly, Seeberger, Meßmer, Allos, Naturally Pam, Lovechock, Bae, and Kloster Kitchen) for this project, we made sure that this was displayed clearly and cohesively. This allowed 3Bears to tap into new audiences.

What the Client Said
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"Working with Jem was such a smooth and fun experience – she immediately understood our brand and vibe. Jem followed our briefing to the point while also bringing in her own creative ideas. We loved how effortless the process felt, and the photos capture 3Bears perfectly. They’ll be key visuals for our new product launches at 3Bears."

And here is a sneak peek of how the remote feedback during the shooting day looked like. When clients join shoots remotely, this allows them to still be present and give their feedback to take the photos up a notch, without the hassle of traveling to the studio.
If there are any particular things that clients like/request on the spot, we are more than happy to execute/provide them, such as taking more BTS content, like what 3Bears expressed to us for this project!
