The Process: After 30+ years in the organic food ingredients and consumer products industries, Amaizin wanted to strengthen its online presence with fresh, engaging content rooted in its brand values: organic, globally inspired, and healthy.
The Results: Strategic vegan recipe development that not only tastes great, but also on-brand visual assets that look great as we eat with our eyes first.
1) Caribbean-Style Pineapple & Black Bean Rice
A vibrant and nutritious one-pan dish with global flair.
2) Rice Paper Samosas
Inspired by South Asian flavors that were missing from Amaizin's recipe catalog, made using leftover spring roll wrappers to minimize food waste.
3) Black Bean Brownies
Fudgy, tasty, and completely plant-based. The client was initially unsure of whether this tricky brown food could look appetizing on camera. But with expert lighting and food styling, I delivered photos that made the most 'unphotogenic' food look crave-worthy, surprising the client and shifting their perception of what's possible with great food photography.
